Protecting your private information is our priority. This Statement of Privacy applies to the Association for Sexual Abuse Prevention (ASAP) and its website www.ASAPinternational.org. ASAP does not collect any personal information about you unless you voluntarily provide it to us.

Individuals who register on our site as a mentee may use a single pseudonym in their contact with us, which they will provide to their MAX mentor and supervisor. Information provided to ASAP by a mentor or supervisor about a mentee will only be identified with the mentee's pseudonym. Each mentee's i-Page is password protected and can only be viewed by the mentee and ASAP. Any summary of information used for research about mentees will not include student's pseudonym.

Individuals who register on our site as a MAX mentor will be required to provide certain personal information to us in order to receive payment from ASAP for MAX services rendered. Contact information will be provided to a potential supervisor, but will not be shared with anyone else. Each mentor's i-Page is password protected and can only be viewed by the mentor and ASAP.

Individuals who register on our site as a supervisor will be required to provide certain personal information to us in order to receive payment from ASAP for MAX services rendered. Contact information will be provided to potential mentors and mentees, but will not be posted publicly on the ASAP website unless supervisor so requests.

Individuals who make a donation or order products or services on our site may be required to provide certain personal information when submitting payment details. We will limit our use of your information to communicating with you in relation to delivering these products or services.

Use of your Personal Information

ASAP collects and uses your personal information to operate its website and deliver the services you have requested. ASAP may also use your personally identifiable information to inform you of other products or services available from ASAP and its affiliates. ASAP does not sell, rent, lease, or give its user lists to third parties. If we believe a third party has something to offer you, ASAP may provide you with their contact information.
